Fill your bathtub with warm water.
Place the Noir Soothe Bath Bag in the water.
Let it steep for 5–10 minutes, allowing the herbs and tea to infuse.
Soak and relax for 15–30 minutes.
Remove the bag and gently pat your skin dry.
